Motor and board didnt even last 4 years

We bought LG appliances because of the great reliability reviews. Really liked it until it stopped working at 3 years 11 months. Used one to two times per week. Very unhappy with it right now.

Since installation washer stinks clothing and room

I bought washer and dryer a new I am very disappointed. Dryer leaves clothes humid and washer stinks clothes. Plumber checked everything that could cause this issue and was definitely coming from washer. Called LG they helped troubleshooting both washer and dryer and no luck. An LG tech took a look and blamed the pluming. Has been 4 years since now pandemic is gone and this time I called my extended warrantee tech was going to check my washer and never called if he did and I missed his called I would at least expect hed left a voicemail never happened.

I bought my dryer January 3 2019. It now doesnt work. Im so disappointed. Im a senior low income. I have called called LG to no avail. Winter is coming fast I now have to take my wet clothes to laundromat. I paid a lot of $ for this dryer live alone now its dead.

Love my LG dryer and refrigerator too

My LG dryer is SO quiet I forget I have ir on. Luckily there is a setting for a alarm to ring when the load is finished. All of the settings are easy to use and I am am to pair the dryer with my smartphone. I also have an LG refrigerator that is also extremely quiet.

Sure would be great if I could get support

Ive tried to get this LG washtower to connect. Ive spent hours I spent hours on hold to get hung up on while waiting. Ive not gotten any help getting it to connect to the internet. It washes close though. They get clean it dosnt use a ton of water its beefier than most washer dryers. Sure wish I could download settings like air fluff for my heavyweight nylon under layers Ive had to hang dry all winter. Seriously no support. If I could get any itd be a great product. Cost too much for what I got though.
